Family Health 360 is a Christian Counseling ministry of Baymeadows Center for Hope & Healing, Inc.. It is dedicated to the emotional and spiritual health of every member of your family. Our mission is to help anyone, regardless of their ability to pay, find hope and identify a path to healing through Christ-centered counseling and coaching. Below is a chart representing our basic rate schedule. Your personal per-session rate will be disclosed at your first session.

In the light-blue section titled Annual Net Income Range, find the the income range that includes the amount of money that all financial contributing bring into your home in one year.

NOTE: If you have extenuating circumstances putting you in a position where the indicated rate is not affordable, be sure you fill out the Income-Based Sliding-Scale Worksheet included with your check-in document for further consideration.
